The Lead Guest must be 18 years of age AND must be present for the entire stay at the resort. Proof of age will be required.
No pets allowed on the resort property or grounds. Violations will result in additional charges for cleaning.
The Lead Guest on the reservation confirmation must be present during check in at the resort in order for all other guests to check in. Any changes to Lead Guest name must be made 60 days prior to arrival date.
The resort reserves the right to relocate guests in alternate accommodations.
Over-occupancy of the reserved unit size will result in an upgrade fee or refusal of the extra guests from checking in.
Under-occupancy of the reserved unit size can result in the relocation of the guests based on an occupancy of 2 guests per room.
Lead guest is responsible for actions taken by children/other guests accompanying them in accommodations provided by the resort and is responsible for the cost of any and all damages.
Live the Lifestyle Vacations or Lifestyles Holiday Vacation Resort/Chairman’s Circle Club shall not be held liable for any injury, loss or damage to persons or property for any reason. Should any damage occur while occupying a unit, you must notify Lifestyle Holiday Vacation Club customer service department immediately. The Lead Guest on the confirmed reservation is responsible for ALL charges due to damage.
Any theft or damage to golf carts by any guests will result in fines/repair csots and is the responsibility of the Lead Guest.
The resort cannot guarantee the view from any unit or location of any units within the resort. The resort cannot guarantee a specific location or accommodation requested.
Live the Lifestyle Vacations or the resort is not responsible for any costs incurred as a result of a canceled or rescheduled flight provided by an independent airline carrier.
Reservation confirmations for Christmas and New Year require a mandatory supplemental fee, which is subject to change annually.
Lifestyle Holiday Vacation Club reserves the right to remove guests from the resort should their behavior be deemed unacceptable by the Vacation Club or other members/guests.
The All-Inclusive fee is mandatory for all guests.
