As our Special VIP Guests, the resort allows priority reservations for your dining pleasure. When it comes to exceeding expectations, the resort's VIP restaurants deliver. The extensive portfolio of restaurants include Gourmet, Steak and Seafood, Dominican, Indian, Asia Fusion, Italian, Mexican, and a Brazilian Churrascaria restaurant (menu items subject to change).

All reservations will be arranged for you by a Chairman's Circle Club representative upon checking in at the resort.

Men are required to wear long pants when dining at Jazz, VIP Simply Gourmet, Moomtaz, Rodizio, Intimates and Azul.

Blues Restaurant Kosher Kitchen

Blues features a high-end, buffet for breakfast and lunch including international dishes from around the world and different specialty items daily on the grill such as blackened fresh grouper, lamb, and fresh homemade pasta. A n organic salad bar is also featured. Blues is located in the Presidential Suites area of the Resort, adjacent to JAZZ specialty restaurant and the Bourbon Street Bar. Blues is the restaurant that has access to the Kosher kitchen, and it is where all meals with the Kosher Meal Plan will be served.
